Credit Invoices Addon

This addon uses the Action Hook system and runs during the daily cron job (at the beginning) that checks all clients with a credit balance and Unpaid invoices, and applies the credit to the Unpaid invoices from oldest to newest. Also runs when an Add Funds invoice is paid and does the same for the specific client.
