Email Logs (including tickets emails log when its enabled)
How to install the addon:
Upload & unzip the emails_read_report.zip in the main root WHMCS directory
In the admin WHMCS menu go to Setup > Addon Modules, and Activate the module
Then enable the permmisions for all the groups
That's it!
Now you can start using the addon:
Under "Client Profile > Emails" or under "Utilities > Logs > Email Message Log" or in the "Tickets Support system" you will see in the last column a new green check icon
If the icon is disabled then the customer still didn't see the email
If its bold and enabled then the customer can read the email
By clicking on this icon you will get a popup with a full report: how many times the customer read this email and all the details (time, ip , browser)
Uninstall the addon:
If you want to remove all the emails read history report
Go to the module configurations and check first the "On deactivate delete info" checkbox and click save
